Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return window
    Within the EU: Items can be returned within 14 days after the reception of the goods.
    Outside the EU: The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to EU residents only.

  2. Condition of returned items
    Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  3. Mystery boxes
    Mystery boxes can only be returned if they are unopened.
    Once a mystery box is opened, it cannot be returned.

  4. Refunds
    Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in good condition, a refund will be issued. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.

  5. Exchanges
    At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

  6. Returns of sale items
    We do accept returns and refunds for items purchased on sale, as long as they meet the return conditions above.

  7. Shipping costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  8. Return shipping responsibility
    We recommend using tracked shipping for return parcels. We do not provide refunds for parcels that are damaged or lost during the return process.
